Step 2: Enter your contact information. Your email and civic address are very important here. Our administrative assistant will confirm your appointment by email. Check your spam folder if you have not received an email response within 24 hours. We strive to respond to all requests promptly.

Step 3: Check service boxes if applicable. If you would like to send us a custom description, please check “General Repairs” and use the text field that appears.

Step 4: Select as many timeframes over the next seven days as possible. Each day of the week may or may not have a series of corresponding 2-hour windows available. We will match your availability with ours, so the more options you offer, the better. Our goal is to minimize wasteful travel around the city as we group requests together according to general location. This is better for our air, our Queensway traffic, and it helps keep fuel costs down. Same-day appointments are not likely.
